The 82-601-81 is a lightable gray modular keyboard module featuring 6 buttons with SPST (Single Pole Single Throw) switching circuitry, designed for custom keyboard configurations. The module maintains a standard button center spacing of 11/16 inch and is designed to stack with other modules while preserving consistent button distances. Each button is equipped with a long-stroke wiping contact mechanism and supports integrated lighting with user-selectable lamp options, including a bright lamp (715) rated at 0.15 MSCP with 40,000 hours service life at 5V, or a moderate lamp (680) rated at 0.03 MSCP with 100,000 hours service life at 5V. The module mounts to printed circuit boards ranging from 1/16 inch to 1/8 inch thick and is ideal for applications requiring illuminated control panels, telecommunications equipment, and industrial control systems where reliable, long-lasting button actuation and visual feedback are essential.
