The GX11BB is a 150+ Amp 12-800 Vdc hermetically sealed DC contactor featuring GIGAVAC's rugged EPIC seal rated to 175°C, designed to meet UL1604, IP67, IP69K, SAE J1171, and ISO8846 standards for hazardous location and ignition protection applications. The contactor offers a main contact arrangement of SPST-NO (Form X) with optional auxiliary contacts (Form A or B), achieving 1,000,000 mechanical life cycles with maximum contact resistance of 0.4 mohms and 100 Mohms insulation resistance. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -55°C to +85°C, withstands 20G shock (1/2 sine, 11ms) and 15G sinusoidal vibration (500-2000 Hz), and features built-in coil suppression for all DC coils with optional high-efficiency dual DC coils for low-power battery systems.
