The AJT25 is a 25-ampere time-delay Class J fuse featuring a solid-state SmartSpot visual blown fuse indicator for maximum circuit protection. It is rated for 600 VAC or less and 500 VDC or less, with an interrupting rating of 300 kA AC (self-certified, UL witnessed) and 200 kA AC insulation resistance, providing IEC Type 2 No Damage protection to main, feeder, and branch circuits. The fuse's time-delay characteristics are ideal for handling typical motor and transformer inrush currents while delivering superior current-limiting ability and arc flash energy reduction. Its compact Class J dimensions require only half the mounting space of 600 VAC Class RK fuses, enabling smaller and more economical fuse blocks, and the unique design prevents replacement errors while offering easy 2-to-1 selectivity to prevent nuisance shutdowns.
