SM4265 is an SMA male to N female RF adapter from Fairview Microwave designed to enable connections between two incompatible connector types. The adapter operates across a frequency range from DC to 18 GHz with excellent VSWR performance of 1.25:1 maximum and 50 ohm impedance. It features gold-plated beryllium copper contacts with 1.3 µm minimum plating thickness, PTFE insulation, and passivated stainless steel body materials, with an operating voltage rating of 335 Vrms AC and dielectric withstand voltage of 1,000 Vrms AC. The adapter measures 1.28 inches (32.51 mm) in length, weighs 0.0585 lbs (26.54 g), and operates reliably across a temperature range of -45°C to +120°C. This adapter is ideal for general-purpose RF testing, equipment protection during frequent connect/disconnect cycles, and enabling between-series connections in microwave and millimeter-wave applications.
