The VPC300 is a video particle counter with built-in camera designed for quick and accurate measurement of airborne particles, air temperature, relative humidity, and derived environmental parameters. It features a 2.8" 320×240 pixel color TFT LCD display, simultaneous measurement across six particle size channels (0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 2.5, 5.0, and 10 µm), and a flow rate of 0.1 ft³/min (2.83 L/min) with 50% counting efficiency at 0.3 µm and 100% efficiency for particles greater than 0.45 µm. The instrument includes 74 MB of internal memory for storing up to 5000 sample records, a micro-SD card slot (up to 8 GB), and a built-in 320×240 pixel camera for capturing still images and video of test locations. It measures air temperature from 32 to 122°F (0 to 50°C) with ±0.9°F accuracy in the 50 to 104°F range, relative humidity from 0 to 100% RH, and calculates dew point and wet bulb temperatures for energy efficiency and environmental protection applications. The VPC300 operates on a rechargeable 7.4V lithium-ion polymer battery with approximately 4 hours of continuous use and is ideal for cleanroom monitoring, HVAC system verification, and indoor air quality assessment.
