描述

MDL-3-1/2 is a 1/4" x 1 1/4" time-delay glass tube fuse designed to protect electrical and electronic circuits from overcurrent conditions. This fuse features a time-delay characteristic, allowing it to tolerate temporary inrush currents while still providing reliable protection against sustained overcurrent events. With a 3.5 ampere rating and 1/4" diameter construction, it is compatible with standard fuse holders used in appliances, consumer electronics, and automotive accessory applications. The glass tube construction with metal end caps allows for visual inspection of the fuse element and easy identification of the voltage and amperage ratings. Time-delay fuses like the MDL-3-1/2 are preferred in circuits where momentary current surges are normal, such as motor startup circuits and power supply applications, providing superior protection without nuisance trips.
