描述

HB0820-2R5305-R is a PowerStor HB Series cylindrical supercapacitor designed for high energy and power density applications. This EDLC device features a 3F capacitance with a working voltage of 2.5V and surge voltage of 3.0V, combined with ultra-low ESR of 0.155O at 1kHz for efficient power delivery. The supercapacitor operates over a temperature range of -25°C to 70°C, with extended operation up to 85°C with linear voltage derating to 2.1V. With compact dimensions of 8mm diameter and 20mm length, and a typical mass of 1.5 grams, this device is suitable for applications requiring backup power, pulse power, or energy harvesting where high capacitance in a small form factor is essential.
