WF031100 is a ventilated heatsink designed for mounting single-phase or three-phase solid-state relays (SSRs) from the SC, SO, SG, and SV series with 40 mm and 47.6 mm mounting dimensions. The heatsink features a thermal resistance (Rth j/c) of 0.3 K/W and incorporates an integrated thermostat-based thermal protection system that opens at 85°C to prevent overheating. The unit includes a fan-driven cooling system powered by 200/240V AC at 50/60Hz, with a shaded pole induction motor operating at 2600 RPM and consuming 9W, delivering a noise level of 35 dB(A). The thermal protection circuit is normally closed with a closing temperature of 80°C and opening temperature of 90°C ±3°C, rated for 250V AC/DC at 6A with 10 mO contact resistance. This heatsink is ideal for applications requiring reliable thermal management of power electronics in industrial control systems, providing enhanced cooling capacity and automatic thermal cutoff protection.
