SU942460 is a single-phase power solid state relay designed for space-saving applications with a 22.5mm pitch and mounting compatible with standard "hockey puck" SSRs (47.6mm between screws). The relay features zero-cross synchronization specially adapted for resistive loads (AC-51 category) and delivers a power output of 12 to 280VAC at 25A with a control input range of 3 to 32VDC with regulated input current limiting. It incorporates input over-voltage protection with a clamping voltage of 36V, a yellow LED for input visualization, and IP20 protection with removable flaps. The relay provides 4000VRMS input-to-output insulation, operates across an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +80°C, and is constructed in compliance with EN60947-4-3 and EN60950/VDE0805 standards, making it ideal for heating applications and industrial resistive load control systems.
