The tape features a clear film substrate with a matte white printable zone and a translucent overlaminating area, compatible with laser printing technology and permanent acrylic adhesive. Key technical characteristics include a total thickness of 0.0020 inch (0.050 mm), tensile strength of 17 lbs/in (298 N/100 mm) in the machine direction with 50% elongation, and probe tack of 16 oz (450 g). The tape demonstrates excellent adhesion to stainless steel (38 oz/in at 24-hour dwell), good chemical resistance to mineral spirits and isopropyl alcohol, and maintains functionality across a wide temperature range from -70°C to 130°C.
