The device features a maximum voltage rating of 6 V, maximum current of 50 A, and a hold current (Ihold) of 6.5 A at 23°C with a trip current (Itrip) of 13.0 A. It exhibits ultra-low resistance of 0.0010 Ohms at 23°C and a maximum time to trip of 32.5 seconds at the trip current level, with typical tripped power dissipation of 0.8 W.
