MF-NSML190-2 is a low-ohmic PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) resettable fuse from Bourns designed for automated surface-mount assembly in space-constrained applications. This 1206 package device features an ultra-low resistance of 0.0050 Ohms at 23°C, a hold current (Ihold) of 1.75 A, and a trip current (Itrip) of 3.50 A, with a maximum time to trip of 0.0400 seconds at 23°C. The device is rated for a maximum voltage of 6 V and maximum current of 50 A, with tripped power dissipation of 0.8 W. It is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and features ENIG-plated terminals for reliable soldering. Common applications include USB 2.0/3.0 and OTG port protection, HDMI 1.4 source protection, PC motherboard plug-and-play protection, mobile phone battery and port protection, and game console port protection.
