HCTSM80305BAL-E1 is a high-clearance and creepage distance isolation transformer from the HCTSM8 series, designed for isolation power supplies using controllers such as TI SN6501 and Nexperia NXF6501-Q100. The transformer features a primary inductance of 300 µH at 100 kHz with a 3:5 turns ratio, leakage inductance of 0.6 µH maximum, and primary/secondary DC resistance of 0.30 O and 0.30 O respectively. It incorporates a toroid ferrite core for high coupling and low radiation, with reinforced insulation rated for 800 Vrms working voltage and 1000 Vpeak, meeting IEC 60950-1, IEC 62368-1, and IEC 60664-1 standards. The device is AEC-Q200 compliant, RoHS compliant, and rated for 350 mA AC with a clearance/creepage distance of 8 mm minimum between primary and secondary windings. It is ideal for automotive-grade isolation applications requiring high voltage isolation and reliable performance across the operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
