The 4816P-T01-472LF is a thick film surface mount medium body resistor network featuring isolated circuit configuration with 4700 ohms resistance value and ±0.5% tolerance. This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values above 50 ohms, and maintains a maximum insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms. The device is housed in a 16-pin SOM package with RoHS-compliant lead termination, compliant lead design to reduce solder joint fatigue, and meets AEC-Q200 qualification standards. It is ideal for applications requiring precision resistor networks in DRAM, SCSI, and R/2R ladder network circuits where reliable performance and automatic placement compatibility are essential.
