The device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a power rating of 0.20 watt per resistor at 70°C, and maintains a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C. The resistor network exhibits superior package integrity, is compatible with automatic insertion equipment, and is available in RoHS-compliant versions with tin-plated terminations. Common applications include DRAM termination, SCSI line termination, and R/2R ladder networks in digital and analog signal processing circuits.
