The 3314G-2-101E is a 4 mm square Trimpot® trimming potentiometer designed for surface-mount applications with sealed, industrial-grade construction. This single-turn cermet trimmer features a cross-slot adjustment mechanism and is rated for 0.25 watts at 70°C with a maximum operating voltage of 300 volts. The device operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 PPM/°C, and offers infinite resolution with an end resistance tolerance of 1% or 2 ohms maximum. The 3314G-2-101E is RoHS compliant, AEC-Q200 Grade 1 qualified, and compatible with standard surface-mount manufacturing processes including vacuum pick-and-place equipment. Its 100-ohm resistance value, combined with sealed construction and rotational life of 100 cycles at ±3% tolerance, makes it suitable for precision calibration and adjustment applications in industrial electronics, instrumentation, and consumer devices.
