The 112178 is a right-angle, crimp/solder BNC plug for miniature coaxial cables, featuring a bayonet lock mechanism. It is engineered for 50 ohm impedance applications and operates within a frequency range of 0-4 GHz with a maximum VSWR of 1.3. This connector features a brass body with a nickel finish and a Delrin insulator. Designed for Cable Group 05 (174/ 188A/ 316/ B7805A), it utilizes a crimp attachment for the ferrule and requires the cable's center conductor to be soldered directly to the pin. Its right-angle design is advantageous in space-constrained applications requiring tight cable routing.
