HLW8R-2C7LF is a 1.00mm pitch non-ZIF FFC-FPC connector series designed for flexible flat cable and flexible printed circuit connections with right-angle or straight orientation options. The connector features a through-hole (DIP) board termination with top contact location, available in 4 to 32 positions, and offers a compact height of 3.9mm for right-angle and 5.9mm for straight configurations. Electrical specifications include a voltage rating of 100V AC/DC, current rating of 1.0A AC/DC, contact resistance of 30mO maximum, and insulation resistance of 500MO minimum, with dielectric withstanding voltage of 500V AC at 1mA for 1 minute. The connector operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +85°C and features lead-free tin plating with a high-temperature, dimensionally stable thermoplastic housing (PBT or LFP material).
