The 10035691-003LF is an S-ATA signal plug connector featuring metal clip B with tin plating at the solder tail and lead-free (LF) termination. The housing is constructed from high-temperature thermoplastic UL94V-0 material, with copper alloy terminals and hold-down clips. The terminals are finished with a minimum of 15 µm gold plating at the contact point and 100 µm minimum pure matt tin or gold flash plating at the solder tail with nickel underplate, while hold-down clips feature 100–200 µm pure matt tin plating. The connector housing can withstand exposure to 260°C peak temperature for 10 seconds in reflow solder applications with a minimum 1.6 mm thick circuit board. This product is ideal for high-reliability data and signal transmission in consumer electronics, storage devices, and industrial applications requiring lead-free compliance.
