描述

The AZ9731-1A-12DC4 is a 40 amp mini-ISO automotive relay designed for high-reliability switching in automotive and industrial applications. It features a 12 VDC coil with a nominal coil resistance of 90 ohms, quick connect terminals, and silver tin oxide contacts rated for a maximum switched power of 630 W (SPST) and maximum switched current of 40 A at 75 VDC maximum. The relay operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C with a maximum junction temperature of 155°C, and provides mechanical life expectancy of 1×107 operations and electrical life of 1×105 operations at 40 A and 14 VDC. With an operate time of 7 ms and release time of 5 ms at nominal coil voltage, along with dielectric strength of 500 Vrms coil-to-contact, this relay is ideal for engine control modules, lighting circuits, and power distribution systems requiring robust, sealed switching performance.
