The 1175C-SL005 is a 5-conductor control cable featuring 22 AWG stranded tinned copper conductors (7/30 strand count) with individual 0.010" nominal PVC insulation and a 0.032" nominal PVC jacket. The five conductors are cabled together with a minimum twist rate of 6.0 twists per foot and are color-coded per Alpha Wire Color Code D (black, red, white, green, and orange). This cable is rated for 300 V RMS and operates reliably from -20°C to +80°C, with a maximum pull tension of 27 lbs and a minimum bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter. It meets UL AWM/STYLE 2576 (80°C/150 V RMS), UL CM (75°C), UL VW-1, CSA CMG (60°C), and CSA FT4 standards, and is RoHS 2 and RoHS 3 compliant. The cable is commonly used in control circuits, instrumentation, and low-voltage signal applications where multiple conductors and flame-retardant properties are required.
