The S-35390A-J8T1G is a CMOS 2-wire real-time clock IC designed for very low power consumption. It operates over a wide voltage range of 1.3 V to 5.5 V with a typical current consumption of just 0.25 µA, making it ideal for extending battery life in main and backup power systems. Key features include a built-in 32.768 kHz crystal oscillator, a clock correction function to adjust for frequency deviation, an alarm interrupter, and an automatic calendar with leap year calculation up to 2099.
