描述

The AQV227N is a DIP6-pin PhotoMOS relay designed for low on-resistance switching applications with a maximum load voltage of 200V AC/DC and continuous load current of 70 mA. It features exceptionally low output capacitance of 10 pF typical and fast response speed of 0.2 ms typical, enabling high-speed signal switching with minimal signal distortion. The device exhibits low-level off-state leakage current of 0.03 nA typical and on-resistance of 30 O typical at 5 mA LED current, providing excellent control of low-level analog signals with high sensitivity. Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, the AQV227N is ideal for measuring instruments, communication equipment, computers, and robotic systems where reliable, fast, and low-noise switching is required.
