描述

The 2N6388G is an NPN Darlington silicon power transistor intended for use in general-purpose amplifiers and low-speed switching circuits. It features a collector-emitter voltage of 80 Vdc and can handle a continuous collector current of 10 A. This monolithic device provides a high DC current gain, typically 2500 at an IC of 4.0 Adc, and has a low collector-emitter saturation voltage of 2.0 Vdc maximum at 5.0 Adc. Housed in a TO-220AB package, its combination of high gain and power handling capability makes it suitable for a variety of power control and amplification applications.
