The MT8816APR1 is an 8 x 16 crosspoint analog switch array fabricated in low-power ISO-CMOS technology. It operates over a wide supply voltage range of 4.5 V to 13.2 V and supports a 12Vpp analog signal capability, with a low on-resistance of 65 â„¦ maximum at 12 V. The device includes a 7-to-128 line decoder and latches, allowing any of the 128 switches to be individually addressed. This part is supplied in a 44-pin PLCC package for tape and reel mounting and is rated for an industrial temperature range of -40Â°C to +85Â°C. Common applications include PBX systems, test equipment, instrumentation, and audio/video switching.
