The MIC5365-3.3YD5-TR is a high-performance, general-purpose low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator with a fixed output voltage of 3.3V. It operates with an input voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V and delivers a guaranteed output current of 150mA. Key features include a low dropout voltage of 155mV at 150mA, low quiescent current of 29µA, and high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 70dB.
