DESCRIPCIÓN
SDS005RULC is a normally closed side-actuated detect switch designed for low-profile applications requiring minimal actuation force. The switch features ultra-low current capabilities with a minimum current rating of 10 µA @ 1.8 VDC, making it ideal for battery-powered and IoT devices. It incorporates a low-profile package that sits just 2 mm from the PCB with 2 mm overtravel, a maximum actuation force of 75 grams, and 50,000 cycles of mechanical and electrical life. The switch is constructed with a glass-filled LCP base (UL 94V-0), nickel silver cover with silver plate, and phosphor bronze movable contacts. Common applications include medical devices, consumer electronics, PCB lock cam detection, and ATCA/MicroTCA systems where reliable low-current switching and compact form factor are essential.
