The connector includes a bronze lock washer and brass nut, both gold-plated, and is rated for a minimum contact retention force of 6 lbs axial and 4 in-oz radial torque with a durability of 500 cycles minimum. The assembly operates reliably across a temperature range of -65°C to 165°C and meets MIL-PRF-39012 environmental standards including thermal shock, corrosion resistance, shock, vibration, and moisture resistance testing.
