It features a 50 ohm impedance with a frequency range of 0 to 40 GHz and is constructed with beryllium copper gold-plated contacts over nickel and copper plating, along with a brass gold-plated base and TEFLON insulator for superior electrical performance. The connector operates at a maximum working voltage of 325 VRMS at sea level with an insulation resistance of 5000 megohm minimum and exhibits low contact resistance of 6 milliohm maximum for the center contact and 2 milliohm maximum for the outer conductor. Mechanically, it provides an engagement force of 2.5 lbs typical, disengagement force of 1.5 lbs typical, and supports 500 durability cycles minimum with a contact retention of 1.5 lbs minimum axial force.
