M24308/24-31F is a subminiature rectangular connector plug from the Cannon D*D Environmental Series, engineered to meet MIL-C-24308 requirements for demanding aerospace and ground support equipment applications. The connector features a rugged aluminum shell with cadmium plating and yellow chromate supplementary coating, combined with a peripheral seal to provide superior vibration and moisture resistance. Contacts are available in solder or crimp configurations, with solder contacts being non-removable and factory-installed, while crimp-type connectors utilize the field-proven LITTLE CAESAR® rear insertion, rear-release retention system. All assemblies are provided with nylon potting cups and dust caps for environmental protection.
