It supports wire gauges from AWG 20-28 and delivers a maximum current rating of 7.5 A with contact resistance of 7.5 milli Ohm maximum, ensuring reliable power and signal transmission. The connector operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and withstands 1000 VAC dielectric voltage at sea level, with a rated lifespan of 500 mating cycles. The thermoplastic insulator (PCT UL 94V-0) and copper alloy contacts with gold-nickel plating provide excellent corrosion resistance, demonstrated by 48-hour salt spray testing.
