描述

The M20-9991045 is a 2.54mm (0.1") pitch connector from the M20 series, designed for board-to-board and board-to-wire interconnection applications. It features 0.64mm (0.025") square copper alloy contacts with a box section socket design incorporating a latch mechanism for secure positioning in insulated housings. The connector is rated for 3A maximum per contact with initial contact resistance of 20mO and post-conditioning resistance of 30mO, with dielectric withstanding voltage of 1,000V AC for 1 minute and insulation resistance of 1,000mO minimum. It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and is constructed from high-temperature thermoplastic (UL94V-0) moulding material. The connector is suitable for applications requiring reliable interconnection in industrial, consumer electronics, and embedded systems where compact pitch and durable latching mechanisms are essential.
