The GX110CE is a 1000+ amp 12-800 Vdc hermetically sealed DC contactor featuring GIGAVAC's rugged EPIC seal technology rated to 175°C, designed to reduce fire and meltdown risk in overcurrent conditions. It incorporates built-in coil suppression for all DC coils, eliminating the need for external suppression components, and meets stringent safety standards including UL1604 for hazardous locations, IP67 for temporary water immersion, SAE J1171 for external ignition protection, and ISO8046 for flammable gas environments. The contactor offers a mechanical life of 300,000 cycles, maximum contact resistance of 0.3 mohms, operate time of 20 ms maximum, and operates reliably across -55°C to +85°C ambient temperature range.
