JM70100-3CR is a three-pole modular fuse block rated for IEC 700V and up to 100A applications, designed to accommodate 22x58 mm gG, aM, and select high-speed fuses. The block features a thermoplastic base with tin-plated aluminum terminals and supports 75°C copper or aluminum conductors (AWG 8), with a torque specification of 4.5 N-m (40 lb-in). It offers versatile 35 mm DIN-rail or panel mount installation options and includes a 200kA RMS symmetrical withstand rating to achieve higher assembly short-circuit current ratings (SCCR) for NEC compliance. Optional IP20 finger-safe covers with lockout/tagout capability and open fuse indication are available to enhance electrical safety. The modular design allows tool-less assembly at the point of use, reducing panel space requirements by up to 78% and installation labor by an average of 36%, making it ideal for industrial control panels and electrical distribution systems.
