KAE04LGGT is a 4-position DIP switch designed for PCB mounting with gold-plated copper movable contacts and brass terminals. The switch features a contact rating of 25 mA at 24 VDC for switching and 100 mA at 50 VDC for carry operations, with a maximum contact resistance of 50 mO initial and an insulation resistance of 100 MO minimum at 500 VDC. It operates reliably over a temperature range of -20°C to +85°C with a storage temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and provides 2000 electrical life cycles with a dielectric strength of 500 VAC minimum for 1 minute. The switch features a travel distance of 1.00 mm and an operating force of 1000 grams maximum, making it suitable for industrial control panels, consumer electronics, and embedded systems requiring reliable configuration switching.
