DESCRIPCIÓN
The GBU8B-T is a single-phase diode bridge rectifier designed for 50/60 Hz mains rectification and power supply applications. It features four diodes in bridge configuration with a maximum alternating input voltage of 70 V RMS and a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100 V. The device delivers 8.0 A average rectified output current with a cooling fin of 300 cm² at 100°C case temperature, with a forward voltage drop of less than 1.0 V at 8 A and a reverse recovery time of approximately 1500 ns. The GBU8B-T is UL recognized (File E175067), RoHS compliant, and housed in a package suitable for free-standing or heatsink assembly, making it ideal for commercial-grade power conversion circuits requiring reliable rectification performance.
