SAR92403 is a high-voltage reed relay from Cynergy3's S series, designed for high-voltage automated test equipment (ATE) applications where PCB space is limited. The relay features 5 kV isolation between contacts with rhodium contact materials providing low contact resistance (80 mOhms maximum, 30 mOhms typical), and supports a maximum switching power of 10 W at 20 V DC or AC peak with a maximum switching current of 0.5 A. It operates over a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C with excellent lifetime characteristics of 10? operations in dry switching and 108 operations at 10 W switching, making it suitable for high-voltage DC and low-frequency applications where performance and reliability are critical. The compact 30 mm footprint and low capacitance across contacts (<0.1 pF) make it ideal for precision test systems, high-voltage measurement equipment, and other demanding applications requiring galvanic isolation.
