The AE15-EW-S12 is a 15-watt isolated DC-DC converter designed for high-voltage input applications requiring galvanic isolation. It accepts an extra-wide input voltage range of 100–1000 Vdc (10:1 ratio) and delivers a regulated 12 Vdc output at up to 1.25 A maximum current, with typical efficiency of 77% at 200 Vdc input. The converter features 4,000 Vac isolation between input and output, integrated overvoltage and output short-circuit protection, and operates reliably across -40°C to +70°C. With board-mounted construction, EN 62109 safety approval, RoHS compliance, and an MTBF of 300,000 hours, it is well-suited for industrial power supplies, renewable energy systems, and high-voltage DC distribution applications where isolation and wide input voltage tolerance are essential.
