MLP331M420EB0C is an ultra-low-profile Type MLP 85°C FlatpackTM aluminum electrolytic capacitor rated for 420 Vdc (530 Vdc surge) with 330 µF capacitance and ±20% tolerance. This capacitor features a compact case EB design with 3.0-inch length and 66-gram weight, delivering high-energy storage in a box-shaped form factor ideal for voltage holdup and filtering applications. With an ESR of 530 mO maximum at 25°C (120 Hz) and ripple current capability of 2.1 A at 85°C case temperature (20 kHz), the device operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The hermetically welded seal construction assures 50-year operational life at +45°C, and the flat top and bottom surfaces enable easy heatsinking to double ripple current capability. This capacitor is particularly suited for military SEM-E modules, telecom circuit packs, and computer cards where compact size, long life, and high reliability are essential.
