MC12FD360J-F is a multilayer RF capacitor designed for high-frequency, high-power applications requiring excellent RF performance and reliability. This 36 pF capacitor is rated for 500 Vdc operation in a 1210 case package, featuring a natural mica dielectric that maintains extremely high Q at UHF/VHF frequencies. The device exhibits low ESR and high RF current capability with dV/dt of 20,000 V/µs, making it suitable for demanding RF circuits. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and is wave solderable with FR4 board compatibility.
