The FSH-25 is an economical electromechanical float switch designed for liquid level sensing in horizontal mount configurations with a Ø16 mm compression fitting. It features a polysulfone housing (blue color) with a reed switch (SPST) mechanism and selectable normally open or normally closed output by sensor orientation. The switch is rated for a maximum switching voltage of 200 VDC or 240 VAC, with a maximum switching current of 0.5 A and carrying current of 1.0 A, delivering a maximum switching capacity of 50 W (VA). Operating over a temperature range of -4 to +250°F and a rated operating pressure of 28 psi, the FSH-25 achieves an MTBF of 1,000,000 cycles and is suitable for liquids with specific gravity greater than 0.85. This sensor is ideal for industrial tank level monitoring, process control, and alarm applications where chemical resistance and durability are required.
