The material features a white polyester substrate with matte finish and permanent rubber-based adhesive, offering a total thickness of 0.0044 inch (0.112 mm). It demonstrates excellent adhesion performance across multiple surfaces, including stainless steel (145–146 oz/in), painted enamel (133–142 oz/in), and polypropylene (80–108 oz/in), with probe tack exceeding 1000 grams. The label stock maintains performance across extreme environmental conditions, withstanding long-term exposure to temperatures ranging from -40°F (-40°C) to 248°F (120°C), and demonstrates exceptional resistance to humidity, UV light, weathering, salt fog, and chemical exposure.
