THT-55-423-1 is a thermal transfer printable glossy white polyester label stock designed for electronic PCB and component identification, barcode labels, rating plates, and solar panel identification. The material features a total thickness of 0.003 inch (0.0762 mm) with a permanent acrylic adhesive, and exhibits strong adhesion to stainless steel (57 oz/inch at 24 hour dwell) and painted enamel surfaces (54 oz/inch at 24 hour dwell). It maintains functionality across a wide temperature range, with no visible effect at 110°C for extended service and remaining functional up to 200°C for short-term exposure, while also demonstrating excellent resistance to humidity, salt fog, weathering, and chemical exposure. The label stock is UL Recognized for outdoor use on glass and plastic surfaces, CSA Accepted, halogen-free compliant with DIN VDE 0472 Part 815, and RoHS compliant, making it ideal for demanding industrial and solar applications requiring durable, reliable identification.
