The material features a total thickness of 0.004 inch (0.1016 mm) with a 0.002 inch substrate and 0.002 inch permanent acrylic adhesive layer, providing excellent durability and adhesion across multiple surfaces including stainless steel, textured ABS, polypropylene, enamel painted metal, and powder coated metal. The label stock demonstrates exceptional environmental resistance, maintaining no visible effect after 30 days of exposure to high service temperatures (212°F/100°C), low service temperatures (-40°F/-40°C), 95% relative humidity, UV light, salt fog, and weathering conditions per ASTM G155.
