153362 is a Brady B-434A thermal transfer printable gloss metallized polyester label stock designed for rating plate and general purpose labeling on textured surfaces. It features a permanent acrylic adhesive with a total thickness of 0.004 inch (0.102 mm) excluding liner, comprising 0.002 inch substrate and 0.002 inch adhesive layers. The label demonstrates excellent adhesion to stainless steel (113 oz/in after 24-hour dwell), textured ABS (69 oz/in), and polypropylene (111 oz/in). Performance testing shows long-term service temperature capability from -94°F (-70°C) to 266°F (130°C), with short-term resistance up to 374°F (190°C), along with excellent humidity, UV light, weatherability, and salt fog resistance. This UL Recognized and CSA Accepted label material is compatible with Brady Series R4900 and R6000 Halogen Free ribbons, making it ideal for durable identification applications requiring chemical and environmental resistance.
