139862 is a Brady B-724 thermal transfer printable polyimide label stock designed for printed circuit board and electronic component pre-process labeling. This greenish/amber polyimide material features a matte finish with permanent acrylic adhesive, offering a total thickness of 0.0044 inch (0.111 mm) and dielectric strength of 10000 volts. The label demonstrates excellent high-temperature performance with no visible effect at 626°F (330°C) for 80 seconds and long-term service capability at 180°C for 1000 hours. It provides strong adhesion to stainless steel (47 oz/inch after 24-hour dwell) and epoxy PC boards (48 oz/inch after 24-hour dwell), along with excellent chemical and humidity resistance. When used with Brady Series R4300 ribbon, it meets MIL-STD-202G, Method 215K and SAE AS81531 requirements, making it ideal for demanding electronic manufacturing environments requiring durable, high-temperature resistant identification labels.
