PWR263S-35-1000F is a 35 W power resistor in TO263 D²PAK surface-mount package manufactured by Bourns using thick film on alumina ceramic technology. This specific variant features a resistance value of 100 O with ±1% tolerance and is designed for current measurement, snubber, bleeder, and discharge circuits. The resistor exhibits low inductance (0.1 µH maximum), thermal resistance of 3.7 °C/W, and operates reliably across -55 °C to 155 °C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 PPM/°C.
