PTA1543-2010CIB103 is a low-profile slide potentiometer from Bourns' PTA Series designed for audio and professional applications. This single-gang unit features a 15 mm travel distance with a carbon element resistor, metal housing, and an insulated lever (CI) actuator, offering a compact form factor suitable for space-constrained designs. The potentiometer operates with a linear taper, standard resistance tolerance of ±20%, and delivers a power rating of 0.05 W in linear mode with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V DC. It exhibits excellent mechanical durability with a sliding life of 15,000 cycles, operating force of 30 to 250 gf, and stop strength of 5 kgf minimum, while maintaining low residual resistance of 500 ohms or 1% maximum and high insulation resistance of 100 megohms at 250 V DC.
