CAY16-473J4LF is a 4-element isolated chip resistor array featuring convex terminations and RoHS-compliant tin-plated leads. This resistor array contains four isolated 47 kO resistors (473 code = 47 × 10³ ohms) with ±5% tolerance and is housed in a 1206 package size. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C with a maximum working voltage of 50 V and a power rating of 0.250 W per package at 70°C.
