The 4820P-2-104LF is a thick film surface mount bussed resistor network designed for medium-body applications requiring dual independent resistor circuits. This component features a resistance value of 100 kO (code 104) with ±2% tolerance, operating across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values above 50 O. The device is housed in a 20-pin SOM package with RoHS-compliant lead finish (LF termination), rated for 0.080 watts per resistor at 70°C ambient temperature, and is AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive applications.
